We understand that your time is valuable, and we also respect Dr. Elefant-Yanni’s time. That’s why we charge a small fee for our introductory sessions. This fee ensures that you’re genuinely interested in therapy and willing to commit to the process.

Please note that the introductory session is not a therapy session, but a way for you to get to know Dr. Elefant-Yanni and see if she’s a good fit.

To make the most of your introductory session, we ask that you fill out the patient form you’ll receive via email before your appointment. This form will help Dr. Elefant-Yanni better understand your needs and how she can best support you.

When you book your intro session, you’ll receive a confirmation email with video call details and a patient form. Make sure to fill it out ahead of the session so Dr. Elefant-Yanni gets a deeper understanding of how she can help you.

During the 20-minute video meeting with Dr. Elefant-Yanni, you can ask any questions you have and get a feel for how she works.

To make the most of your intro session, consider reflecting on some topics or questions that are important to you, such as:
